The agricultural commercialization of Hemp provides the greatest economic opportunities for small farm land owners than any other commercial crop in the last ten millenniums.

  • What Opportunities Exist for other Processors and Investors partnering with JV AgriIndustries and B&G Farms?

    1. There are excellent opportunities for both processors and investors to partner with JV AgriIndustries based on level and type of processing; and level of investment capital one has to invest. We welcome the opportunity to discuss future opportunities for processors and investors.
    2. Potential processors must first have been approved for a state processing license and have met all other state and federal regulations and requirements to operate a state Hemp Processing Facility.
    3. Additionally, processors must have both knowledge, essential equipment necessary to at least carryout the first stage level of processing.
    4. If a financier has the funding capital necessary to purchase share equity in the company, or to offer other tangible assets to the company in exchange for a percentage share equity, we will be amendable to discussing such matters with potential investors.

  • What programs exist for persons interested in non-farm opportunities in the Hemp Industry?

    1. One of the major components of JV AgriIndustries and B&G Farms, LLCs are in the educational growth and development of people in general, but specifically US Veterans, and precollege through college level graduate schools and post doctorate level educational opportunities. We welcomed a discussion with persons interested in learning more about agricultural opportunities in general and the hemp business in general. Persons interested in learning more and working within our companies must be a minimum age of 18 and must pass a FBI and State Police background check.

    2. We realize that exposure and hands-on experiential learning is extremely valuable to a well-rounded educational portfolio. As such, we want to always maintain an open door to students and educational institutions to be able to expand their classroom and laboratory experiences for them and their students. By partnering with us, they will have an opportunity to enhance their educational development and appreciation of the broad array of scholarly educations pursuits in the agricultural, food, fiber, chemology, and related sciences. It is essential that we establish and upgrade educational assistance programs not only for growers, but also for veterans, high school dropouts, as well as graduates at the high school, community college, university and graduate school levels. There are some 45 thousand agricultural and related science disciplines going unfilled annually. While we will not offer degrees at any level, we will partner with precollege and college level institutions to provide educational and hands-on experiential training/learning opportunities for persons interested in becoming exposed to the many disciplinary options in agricultural and applied sciences. To this end, we welcome the opportunity to partner with interested educational institutions for the promotion of agricultural sciences at all levels.

    3. Precollege students will not be exposed to the actual growing of hemp or the development of hemp products and byproducts. Such exposure will be restricted to youth 18 years or older who are interested in the introductory or advanced training in various aspects of agricultural and consumer sciences. However, in addition to hemp, we specialize in the production of vegetables, small fruit crops and some animal modules, and associated byproducts of such crops and animals to include value-added products and byproducts similar to hemp and its products and byproducts in the medicinal and nutritional markets.

    4. We are also interested in discussing employment opportunities in various aspects of Hemp culture to include processing, greenhouse management and production strategies, and new product development and marketing for potential employees who are of legal age, and who meet all other state and federal requirements to work in the hemp industry.

    5. We are also exploring the possibility of using zoom or similar educational platforms for the training of persons not located in this geographic region or not able to come to one of our educational facilities for in-person learning. Such distant learning will significantly broaden the opportunities for our clientele at various educational levels to receive educational exposure in Hemp farming, or product and byproduct development that can significantly enhance their chances for a successful career in one or more of the numerous career opportunities in the agricultural and related science fields.

  • Frequently asked Questions by Potential Growers: Is irrigation required for a successful crop, and as such, what assistance can I get in the procurement of an irrigation system?

    Yes, it is critical for maximum crop yield. We can assist growers in pursuing financing from local banks or other lending institutions to include USDA. The providing of a guaranteed 5-year contract to grow your Hemp crop is a great financial incentive for lending institutions to positively consider providing financial assistance.

  • Will growers be allowed to grow if they don’t have irrigation?

    Yes, but they must be prepared to accept responsibility for crop failure or reduced productivity, which both weigh heavily on both yield and quality which is what your guaranteed contract is based on.
